Usage method
Generally speaking, it is hard to control the humidity to be lower than 45%, the drying agent must be added from the gas inlet if the normal catalyst is the option, for the moisture must be absorbed first of all and then the air is dry and the next the normal catalyst works, the Carbon Monoxide will be catalyzed to Carbon dioxide.
Besides, do not use the catalyst constantly in the actual operation, move it away when the density of Carbon Monoxide is allowed, that is in case the catalyst is poisoned, only when the density is higher than the allowed scope, the bed of material of catalyst shall be installed on the air cleaning equipments.
In the confined space, the electrochemistry sensor of Carbon Monoxide is easy to alarm, not because the density of Carbon Monoxide exceeds the safe range indeed, for the Nitrogen Oxygen mixture might make the sensor alarm falsely. To make sure the alarm is right, the infrared sensor will be an good option and the signal that the equipment is received will be much more accurate.
